were originally stopped, and ultimately decided to flee from, a car that was packed with heroin and other illegal drugs, according to a search conducted by police Thursday evening. The suspect, 30-year-old Hanif Hall of Harrisburg, also happened to be the subject of an ongoing but apparently unrelated undercover drug trafficking investigation at the time of Thursday’s chance stop along Interstate 81 by a trooper on highway patrol.
