The violations follow the death of a man at the property in the early morning hours of March 23.
Dauphin County District Attorney's OfficeAfter an autopsy, board-certified forensic pathologist Dr. Wayne K. Ross determined that the cause of death was blunt force trauma to two sections of Lugo-Rivera's brain.
An eyewitness to an altercation at the Hideout Lounge, located at 159 North Front Street in Steelton, described to police the incident that caused the fatal injury. According to the witness, Sims started an altercation with Lugo-Rivera. After the initial altercation, Sims allegedly attacked Lugo-Rivera and struck him in the head with great force. This caused Lugo-Rivera's head to strike a wall. He fell to the ground and died as a result, according to police.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Sims. Anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact Dauphin County Emergency Communications at 558-6900.
