He stated, “We feel like here we can kind of be anybody you want to be and experience different things that we normally don't get at home.” The borough has an ordinance that requires a specific permit from the borough for sexually oriented business operations.“But the only problem with that is, again, not a strip club. It wasn't ran as a strip club,” he explained. “Cabaret is routine performances like they practice, they do dance moves, they do Jenga Jenga, they do go go, they do all that. And cabarets never take the tops off, never take the clothes off.
