Justin Cordero Hall, 36, is charged with murder in the killing of Ladarrius Antonio Kennedy, Birmingham police announced Thursday.
A suspect has been charged in the slaying of a 31-year-old man who died Tuesday, more than a week after he was injured in a shooting on the city’s west side.
Hall was already charged with attempted murder in the shooting of Kennedy, but that charge was upgraded following the victim’s death.Kennedy was taken to UAB Hospital where he died at 4:42 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6.Hall was booked into the Jefferson County Jail on the initial attempted murder charge on July 31. He remains held on $100,000 bond.
Kennedy is 94th homicide this year.
