Superman writer and director James Gunn shares the first official look at the DCU's Jimmy Olsen, who is played by actor Skyler Gisondo.
Gunn wrote, “Happy Anniversary to Superman’s pal, Jimmy Olsen, who debuted on this day in 1941 . Created by Jerry Siegel, Joe Shuster, and Bob Maxwell. I can’t wait for you to see @skylergisondo’s portrayal in Superman on July 11, 2025.”Prior to Superman, Gisondo starred in 2007’s Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, 2015’s Vacation, 2019’s Booksmart, 2020’s The Binge, and 2021’s Licorice Pizza.
