SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio - A Summit County man guilty of multiple crimes was sentenced to 15 to 19.5 years in prison Thursday, according to the Summit County Prosecutor ’s Office.On Aug. 3, 2023, Carlson carjacked a car in Akron, making it to Green before running out of gas.
He then tried to steal another car at a gas station, failing and moving on to carjack a third vehicle at a nearby Taco Bell from the drive-thru line.Carlson overpowered the mom, driving off with her kids.
