The difference? “We can customize something on the sales floor with an in-store tailor in a hour or up to two-days depending on what needs to be done,” de Jong explains. “Or for only $100 more, we can actually make the product from scratch. You can basically customize everything you see in the store.”
Besides the company’s commitment to brick-and-mortar retail, Suitsupply also challenges the belief that casualization has killed the suit.
