The Light Blues midfielder was called up following the decision to sack Michael Beale on Sunday night and admits he was 'very honoured' to accept the position at Ibrox.
Steven Davis has spoken for the first time as interim Rangers manager as he outlined what he is looking to bring to the role.

He continued: “I like to play football in a certain way, but ultimately you must get results and that is first and foremost at a club like Rangers - that is what the expectation is.
