This man was officially last seen at an Adelaide train station in 1994. But his brother-in-law insists that's not the last he saw of him.
"As I walked in, there was this guy leaning at the bar talking to another fella," Mr Coulter said.Mr Coulter said he took a moment to collect himself, got himself a pint, and tried to get a closer look at the man who bore a spitting resemblance to his brother-in-law."As I went to take a mouthful of beer, I went, 'Steven!'"He turned his head straight away and looked at me … I stood there for a bit and listened to him talk."You could see the look on his face.
"I would love nothing more than to throw this story in the bin, and Steven Lockey walks in the door," Ms Morris said.Ms Morris frequently deals with cases of people who have chosen to go missing, and she said it was a harsh truth sometimes people left because they needed or wanted to. Friends say Steve Lockey had fallen on hard times when he disappeared from the Broadmeadows Railway Station.
"Northern Australia and other remote parts of the country are certainly places that people might go," she said.
