Stellantis is making major changes to its leadership structure and organizational framework following the exit of CEO Carlos Tavares. The automaker has named new CEOs for Jeep, Peugeot, DS Automobiles, and its Pro One commercial vehicles unit, while also restructuring its operations to empower regional decision-making.

Stellantis is undergoing a significant leadership reshuffle following the departure of CEO Carlos Tavares . The company has appointed new heads for several key brands, including Jeep , Peugeot , DS Automobiles, and its Pro One commercial vehicles unit. The changes at Jeep see Bob Broderdorf taking over as CEO , replacing Antonio Filosa who has moved to a broader role as Stellantis ' chief operating officer of North America.

Broderdorf, previously senior vice president and head of the Jeep brand for North America, will lead a new leadership team merging North American and global operations. Mike Koval, the former Ram CEO, will join Jeep as senior vice president and head of sales operations. Stellantis also announced the appointment of Alain Favey as the new CEO of Peugeot, replacing Linda Jackson who retired after 20 years with the company. Favey previously spent 20 years at PSA Group before moving to Volkswagen and then Europcar Mobility Group. Meanwhile, Xavier Peugeot has been named CEO of DS Automobiles, succeeding Olivier François. Anne Abboud has been appointed to lead Stellantis Pro One. In addition to these personnel changes, Stellantis has announced several organizational updates aimed at streamlining its operations and promoting regional control. The company will now have “enhanced local decision-making and execution capabilities” in various regions, including product planning, product development, industrial and commercial activities. The Corporate Affairs and Communications teams are being combined to improve stakeholder engagement, and a new Marketing Office will be established to better support the company’s various brands through traditional advertising, global events, and sponsorships. The search for a permanent successor to Tavares as Stellantis CEO is underway and is expected to be concluded within the first half of 2025.
