A suspect in a stabbing case was killed on Friday after running in front of a vehicle on Route 50 in Virginia, police said. The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office said that at about 9:50 a.m., deputies went to the 42000 block of Pilgrim Square in the South Riding, Va., after a man had been stabbed.
Police said authorities took the man to a nearby hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.Shortly after that, police said another person was fatally struck while walking in a westbound lane of Route 50. That man, police said, was a suspect in the stabbing. Police did not identify the person or release further details about what led to the collision.
