SA Tourism acting CEO Themba Khumalo held a press briefing on Thursday discussing the proposed partnership between his department and Spurs.He confirmed there was no contract signed between the parties involved yet, but added that the entity's board had already conditionally approved the deal, which is said to be worth almost R1 billion.
