Someone posted a false rental ad on Facebook Marketplace for a Chagrin Falls property owned by a man who lives in Solon . He notified police Oct. 15. There was no financial loss reported at that time.The manager of a local business visited the police station 5 p.m. Oct. 16 to report a company vehicle had been stolen. Later, it was determined that the vehicle was not stolen. It was in the shop for service.A woman, 64, reported a case of identity fraud 8:21 p.m. Oct. 16.
