Joel Embiid, on Thursday, was named the Eastern Conference player of the month for January. It’s the second straight month that the 76ers center has been selected as the conference’s best player.
The seventh-year veteran is leading the league in scoring at 33.5 points per game. He’s also averaging 10.1 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 1.7 blocks, and 1.1 steals.Advertisement
