State health director Datuk Dr Zaini Hussin said the results for the six were obtained yesterday evening.
On this note, he dismissed rumours, claiming three people out of the 26 had been infected by the coronavirus, which had since gone viral. “The state health department has denied it as the three tested negative for Covid-19 together with 23 others,” he said. The three, all women, were said to have been to South Korea for a vacation on Feb 20 and four days later after they had come back to Malaysia, they started to display some symptoms and were quarantined at their homes in Kuala Krai.
