A horse owner in Grant County is now facing animal cruelty charges after deputies discovered the animal severely malnourished and dehydrated.
Grant County Sheriff’s Deputy Elizabeth Spurling examines the neglected horse on a property north of Moses Lake.
Deputies also said the horse's water source was filled with algae, and there was no readily accessible food source.
