Shopify has removed Ye's website from its platform, citing violations of its terms of service. The move follows controversy surrounding Ye's sale of white T-shirts featuring a black swastika, a symbol widely recognized as antisemitic. While Shopify didn't specify which rules were broken, Ye has recently been posting antisemitic messages on X, formerly known as Twitter.

NBC News asked Ye's spokesperson for reaction to the decision by Shopify, but had not received a response at the time of publication.In a statement Monday, spokesperson Milo Yiannopoulos said:"Ye is an intergenerational artist and icon who continues to redefine the limits of creativity and free expression. He has deactivated his X account for the time being."
