The motorist, later identified as Aleksandr Patlakh, 55, strikes Antonina and keeps driving — with a rear wheel of the bus rolling over the teen, the footage shows. Hours later, Aleksandr Patlakh, 55, also of Coney Island,It was unclear where the teen was headed when she was struck.Police arrested Aleksandr Patlakh of Coney Island, charging him with failure to yield to a pedestrian and failure to use due care.

A spokesman for the city’s Department of Education said Monday he could not confirm details about individual students.
