The storm that smashed into Texas, leaving injuries and damage behind, is heading to the rest of the Southeast -- including some areas still recovering from previous severe storms:
a storm ripped the wall and roof from parts of Jacksboro High School, especially its gym.
Kathy Tune was in her kitchen with her husband and mother-in-law when their cell phones' alarms sounded with just minutes to spare before the tornado struck. Tune told Joshua landed on top his mother, with all three trapped in the debris of their wrecked home until rescuers arrived to pull them out. Tune's mother-in-law was taken to a nearby hospital with a minor head wound.
