PETALING JAYA: A car crash that led to the death of a senior citizen is being investigated by police.
Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohamad Fakhrudin Abdul Hamid said that the accident occurred on Thursday at 12.10am.
"Preliminary investigations showed that the incident occurred along Jalan Klang Lama near the Heineken factory. The victim, a driver of a pickup truck, lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a lamp post on the side of the road.A post-mortem will be conducted to determine the cause of death. Those with information on the incident are urged to contact traffic investigation officer Insp Navalan Ravindran at 014-2536820.
