The Century Ballroom, the iconic fixture in Seattle's Captial Hill neighborhood since 1997, will close in 2025.
The lucky guests who stepped into Seattle's iconic Century Ballroom Friday night entered another world; one that revolves around dance, music and fanciful attire. 'Masquerade XIV: Past Lives, Future Selves' marked the 14th annual night of dancing and follies on Capitol Hill. Masquerading guests dressed in marvelous and even comical designs waltzed, swung, and foxtrotted the night away to amazing sounds from the Joy Street Orchestra and talented performers.
