Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said 22-year-old Daniel Eugene Douglas was able to escape from the processing center parking garage while being escorted by Baytown police officers.An adult male, Daniel Eugene Douglas , in the custody of Baytown PD, entered the HCSO Joint Processing Center parking garage; as the officer opened the vehicle door, Douglas fled and got out through the open bay door.
