Honestly, I don't know why I said [I wouldn't play him anymore]. I probably would play him.
"in 2022, Hader shared that there was talk of his character – the openly gay NYC tourist expert for"Weekend Update" who's known for his over-the-top recommendations – making a return to SNL."I was like, 'I don't think that's really a good thing to do now.' I mean, we had an openly racist, homophobic, and misogynistic president, and half the country voted for him – twice! So [those attitudes] are really prevalent.
