Latin rock icon Carlos Santana plays Prudential Center in Newark Wednesday. doesn’t talk much during his concerts, but his joyful music has plenty to say—and its messages are reflected in the title of his latest album, “Blessings and Miracles.”
“I’m always about helping people have fun,” the 75-year-old rock icon told NJ Advance Media in a recent interview, ahead of his Wednesday performance at Prudential Center in Newark. Santana’s show is a highlight of the multi-cityfestival rolling on throughout June, with additional sets in Newark, Asbury Park and Atlantic City from Alanis Morissette, Halsey, Demi Lovato and more.
