Stage 3 drought restrictions The City of San Marcos released an announcement stating that rising water levels at the Edwards Aquifer, Canyon Lake, and Comal River will cause a return of Stage 3 drought restrictions despite the recent rain events.
There will be a designated day in the week that will allow for the use of any type of hose-end sprinkler before 10 a.m. or after 8 p.m. and automatic irrigation systems every other week from 8 p.m. to the following morning at 4 a.m. every other week according to the last digit in an address.
