MANILA - San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora on Tuesday assured qualified residents affected by the coronavirus crisis that funds are in place to assist them.
In a Facebook post, Zamora said the allocation from the national and local governments for San Juan households qualified for the Social Amelioration Program amounts to P307,944,000.00.
According to Zamora, the funds include the 2-month worth of SAP at P260,944,000 intended for 16,309 beneficiaries, who as per guidelines set by the Department of Social Welfare and Development, are entitled to receive P8,000 per month.
