Where to find Easter egg hunts across San Diego County
Egg hunts are happening at parks, churches and community centers across San Diego County from mid-March to Easter, which is on April 5. Many are free and include eggs filled with candy. Some include festivities ranging from bounce houses and petting zoos to games, music and crafts.
Alpine Acres Sanctuary Farm, a 20-acre farm with animals, will have Easter egg hunts at 11 a.m. April 3-5. Tickets are $14, plus admission per child, including basket and up to 14 eggs. The farm, at 5178 Japatul Spur, is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Single-day admission is $40; $25 for kids . Free parking.
