The San Antonio Philharmonic has sued two former board members, one of whom recently sued the orchestra. The new lawsuit, filed Tuesday in 150th District Court , alleges that David Wood and Peter Rubins attempted to seize control of the Philharmonic board at a contentious meeting in June.
