A San Antonio man has been sentenced to 339 months in federal prison following his involvement in a series of armed pharmacy robberies across South Texas. h Texas.

Atseko Factor, 40, was convicted on three counts of pharmacy robbery and three counts of brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence. The sentencing stems from a spree of robberies carried out between October and December 2020, during which Factor and co-defendant Andre Dupree Jack, 41, targeted pharmacies in Luling, Pleasanton, and Seguin.

Court documents revealed that the duo conducted the robberies at gunpoint, threatening employees, binding them with zip ties, and stealing over $43,000 in controlled substances, along with cash, pharmaceuticals, and other merchandise. Factor pleaded guilty to the charges on September 10. In addition to his prison term, he was ordered to pay approximately $47,000 in restitution to the affected businesses.

His co-defendant, Jack, previously pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit pharmacy robbery and four counts of brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence. Jack is awaiting sentencing, which is scheduled for January 16, 2025.
