SAN ANTONIO — A San Antonio chef is victorious again after winning a Food Network competition that aired Tuesday night.
Chef Kirk's winning dish was beef enchiladas in which they spent their last $100 on a pack of corn tortillas. This isn't Chef Kirk's first win though. They previously became a chopped champion after winning the long-running Food Network show in 2021.
