Luminaria moves to St. Paul Square, partners with UTSA Athletics, Alamodome The theme of the 2024 march was “Yesterday’s Dream, Today’s Vision, Tomorrow’s Reality!” but icy weather forced organizers to cancel the event. Some participants showed up anyway, and the city later held a two-day celebration with youth activities, food, worship and music.
