This comes ahead of the anticipated release of the Samsung Galaxy S25, where rumors initially suggested the phone could utilize either the Exynos 2500 or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite. Leaks surrounding the device generated a lot of conflicting information.
However, a recent report from a Korean news outlet claims that Samsung has already achieved a 30% yield rate from its manufacturing process for the Exynos 2600. The company is employing a 2-nanometer production process, and initial yield results have surpassed expectations, according to The Bell. Samsung plans to commence mass production of this chip in the latter half of the year, projecting a 12% improvement in performance and a 25% boost in power efficiency. The company intends to integrate the Exynos 2600 into its upcoming Galaxy S26 lineup. An unnamed official stated, “The Exynos 2600 is cruising.
