Salons, barbershops may be allowed under GCQ, but with 'strict health standards' COVID19quarantine
MANILA -- Salons, spas, barbershops, and other personal care industries may be allowed to operate in areas under the general community quarantine , Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said Tuesday.
But he was quick to add that this will still be discussed in a meeting with the Inter-Agency Task Force on Wednesday. Aside from salons, spas, and barbershops, Roque said hardware stores, clothing and accessory shops, and other non-leisure establishments can also operate in areas covered by the GCQ.
