The state Infrastructure Development Minister, who has already been slapped with six charges of money laundering linked to a 2014 Risda land deal last week, is expected to be charged in Kuala Lumpur with using forged documents for a RM42mil contract on Monday . He is expected to be charged under Section 471 of the Penal Code for allegedly"using as genuine a forged document," according to graft investigators.Peter, a businessman turned politician, was charged with five money laundering charges worth RM8.75mil linked to the Risda land deal at the Kota Kinabalu Sessions Court on June 9.
This was followed by another charge for abetting a lawyer, Michael Persius Abu, who was also charged with criminal breach trust and money laundering worth RM3mil, in connection with the Risda deal on June 18.
