University College Sabah Foundation (UCSF) – the State Government's only university – has been assured of full support through Yayasan Sabah, under which it is parked.

Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor said this includes improving the quality of education and institutional excellence, producing skilled and quality human capital, and further moving the transformation of education in the State.He said the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between Universiti Teknologi Petronas and UCSF in October 2022 is another achievement in human capital development efforts in Sabah.
