KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah government will give its full backing on efforts to develop the sole state-owned institution of higher learning, the University College Sabah Foundation (UCSF).
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor said his administration will also support UCSF’s initiatives on elevating the quality of education and its excellence in churning out skilled human capital to transform the education sector in the state.
“In essence, policies in talent and human capital management have been drawn up and will continue to be among my priorities,” he said at the 2nd UCSF convocation ceremony at the Sabah International Convention Centre here on Saturday . “I am happy because the UCSF has provided the opportunity and avenue for more students in the state to pursue studies at a higher level,” Hajiji said.
