San Antonio’s Texas Partners Bank charts growth after holding company raises $35 million
J. Bruce Bugg Jr. is chairman, CEO and president of Southwest Bancshares Inc., the holding company of Texas Partners Bank — which operates the bank of San Antonio and two other banks.operates the Bank of San Antonio and two other banksSouthwest Bancshares Inc. said this week it issued $35 million of subordinated debt to institutional buyers and accredited investors in a private placement.
Besides the Bank of San Antonio, Texas Partners Bank operates the Bank of Austin and Texas Hill Country Bank. The three banks merged under one charter in 2020. They have a combined 11 locations.
