China delivered $7.1 million for a No. 2 debut. IMAX contributed $30.3 million globally, including $16.4 million in North America. This marked the biggest non-franchise IMAX opening weekend for an MGM title. The format accounted for major shares in several markets, including 34% of China’s opening. In North America, the film sold approximately 5 million tickets. Audiences paid an average of $15.53 for general admission and $18.89 for premium formats.
