Rutgers offensive coordinator Kirk Ciarrocca and quarterback Gavin Wimsatt were asked about the Michigan sign-stealing scandal this week. Here's what they said.
. When asked if, in hindsight, he thought Michigan had his team’s signs, Ciarrocca said he was “not gonna get involved in that.”
“In time, that will all play out, the facts will come out,” he said. “I’ll let the facts come out and come forward with it and everybody can make their own choice at that point in time. But, you know, who knows?” When asked a similar question earlier this week, Wimsatt said that it is “more coach’s area, not mine.”analyst Connor Stalions. The Wolverines are accused of violating rules that prohibit teams from scouting future opponents in-person with a wide-ranging sign-stealing operation, withthat 12 of a possible 13 Big Ten schools have a record of Stalions buying a ticket for a game there over the past three seasons.
