Paula Lambe and her husband Richie were driving eastbound on I-45 just near the Parmer Lane exit around 9 p.m. when a car in the left lane began sliding on ice and spinning toward their vehicle. Richie swerved to avoid the out-of-control car, according to video Paula The incident occurred as the couple was returning from Richie's birthday dinner.
