Roque: As lockdown eases, government to stop COVID-19 cash aid in June COVID19Quarantine
MANILA--Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque on Saturday said there would be no more cash assistance for low-income families in June, as more industries will be allowed to reopen under a relaxed general quarantine.
But Roque stressed that the second tranche of the government’s Social Amelioration Program would still be handed out to qualified beneficiaries, even those under relaxed lockdown rules.
