Stephen Nicot, 61, of Rochester, received a 12-year sentence Monday, May 6, 2024, after pleading guilty to receipt of child pornography. Rochester, N.Y. — A man who prosecutors said secretly recorded minors in bathrooms at a church and in his home is heading to prison.Prosecutors said Nicot hid a camera in an Orleans County church bathroom between 2012 and 2014, positioning it so it would capture video and images of naked people showering.
