A domestically-developed quadruped robot, named X30, was deployed by a local fire and rescue team in Changsha, Hunan Province, China for the first time. Developed by Hangzhou-based DEEP Robotics, the robot dog is designed to handle tough industrial challenges, including firefighting and rescue. It can withstand extreme temperatures, carry heavy loads, navigate hazardous environments, and detect toxic gases.
