Texas will allow independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy , Jr. onto the November election ballot, the Secretary of State’s announced on Thursday. The office sent a letter to the campaign certifying Kennedy’s petition contained 122,513 valid signatures, about 9,000 more than the 113,151 he needed to get on the ballot. The petition signers had to be registered voters who did not vote in the March primary elections.
