The post-hospital rehabilitation and care facility is located at 4120 Interchange Corporate Center Rd. in Warrensville Heights. The callers state that one of the residents was round unresponsive laying on her back, outside on the North side patio.Meuti was brought to South Pointe Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.They shared that the last time anyone had seen Meuti was at 8:40 p.m. the night before on the 23rd when she was brought her medication.According to the police report, the new nurse went to check on Alvera around 9:30 p.m., but noticed she was not in her room.
