"The defendant, Samuel David DeCristoforo, who was inside the residence," his arrest report said, "was issued a trespass warning" just an hour earlier on May 30.
“He was advised not to return to the location due to the trespass,” it continued. “The defendant was advised if he returns to the location he will be arrested.” That warning, attached to the arrest report, was given at 11:06 a.m. DeCristoforo was taken to jail and booked at 12:09 p.m. “The Marion County Sheriff's office has trespass authorization signed by the property owner's daughter, who has power of attorney,” authorities noted. After the earlier incident, “The defendant then walked across and stood on the sidewalk across from the residence. “While on scene, the defendant walked up the driveway of the residence, near a vehicle backed into the driveway by the garage door.The arrest report did not say how or even if he knew the homeowner.
