One South Side ZIP code saw rent prices increase nearly 99%.

Data shows the ZIP code with the highest percent increase is 78221, which had an increase of nearly 99% in the last year and a half. The biggest drop in rental prices was 78202 on the East Side with a nearly 9.5% drop, according to the data., the average cost for rent in San Antonio is $1,220 a month.
