The first footage from Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon includes a look at Charlie Hunnam, and some fans are pointing out just how much he looks like Green Arrow. After making a name for himself with movies like 300 and Watchmen, Snyder turned his talents to the superhero genre, delivering Man of Steel, Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, and Zack Snyder's Justice League.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY As part of Netflix's 2023 Films Preview trailer, the first proper footage from Rebel Moon was revealed. The short clips include looks at characters played by Djimon Hounsou and Hunnam, the latter of which bears a striking resemblance to DC superhero Green Arrow.
For a time, of course, Snyder was the defining storytelling voice of the DCU, introducing Henry Cavill's Superman in Man of Steel and Ben Affleck's Batman in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. Although Patty Jenkins' Wonder Woman introduced Gal Gadot's take on the hero in 2017, Snyder would eventually get to feature the character in Zack Snyder's Justice League alongside other new takes on DC heroes, including the Flash and Cyborg .
Everything We Know About Rebel Moon Although an official trailer for the film has yet to be released, Rebel Moon is already shaping up to be one of Snyder's biggest movies yet. Sofia Boutella is set to star as Kora, the film's protagonist, with Hounsou playing General Titus, Ray Fisher playing Blood Axe, and Ed Skrein playing Balisarius.
