Quality Street fans say they feel 'stitched up' and 'disappointed' as the confectioner confirmed a popular Christmas gift wouldn't be as widely available this year.

Quality Street made the announcement via their Facebook page last week. One shopper asked in the comments: "Can’t you order personalised tins online anymore?? I’ve done this for the last few years." The popular chocolate brand responded with an apology, writing: "I'm sorry to say that our Quality Street webshop will not be open this year".Shoppers were gutted, with one writing: "They've stitched the online customers up....

Quality Street confirmed the pick and mix would be available in 18 stores, including Trafford, Cheadle, Liverpool, Leeds and Nottingham. Personalised tins will only be available in selected stores. Earlier this year, Quality Street announced its web shop would be closing on March 25. In a social media post on March 10, they said: 'All good things must come to an end' as they offered shoppers 10 percent off their final orders and encouraged them to keep an eye out on social media for further updates on the personalised tins.
