Charging documents reveal new details in the investigation of Dayton Webber, the quadruple amputee and professional cornhole player accused of shooting and killing a man in Charles County. We now know Webber, 27, of La Plata, faces charges of first and second degree murder as well as first and second degree assault and use of a firearm in a felony, according to the charging documents obtained by 7News.

Webber is accused of shooting and killing Bradrick Michael Wells, 27, on Sunday. Investigators said Wells was a passenger in the front seat of Webber's car when the two got into an argument. Police did not say what the argument was about, but described it as "heated." Police also said Webber, who was driving, then shot Wells twice in the head. Two more passengers were in the back seat, and all four people in the car were friends, according to investigators.Investigators said Webber then asked the two people in the backseat to help him remove the body, but they refused and got out of the car.
